Diana continues to be the torch bearer of inspirational messages written and recorded by her husband, Earl Nightingale.

She is an international speaker, prolific writer, life coach, seminar leader, a former successful real estate broker and the owner of Keys Publishing. Her program "Unlocking doors through education"™ was inspired by her work with inner-city teens during the 1970's, the Mental Health Association and her dedication to bringing success formulas, through education, to all levels of society.

The outstanding young people's program "A Pocket Full of Keys" was co-produced by Diana and Earl Nightingale. The program through the education system brings enlightenment to children of an early age describing the exciting adventure that lay ahead. It explains that over the years ahead they will learn wonderful things and that each new piece of information is like getting a "Key" that will open doors to many opportunities, that without keys, without an education their lives would have no direction leaving them limited and unfulfilled. The program ensures that young people leave school with "A pocketful of keys"™ which will open the doors to the rest of their lives.

Other popular programs include sales motivational training for the Property and Insurance industries.

Diana's book 'Learning To Fly As A Nightingale' is a touching love story about her life with Earl and then finding her wings again after his death.

As a radio talk show host, Diana brings soundness of thinking, reason and a sense of humor to everyday situations.  Diana's, Nightingale Radio show spotlights the works of her late husband, Earl Nightingale and well known guests.

Diana, holds a Doctor of Divinity degree and is affectionately known as, "The First Lady of Transformation".

She continues to spread Earl's message recently co-founding The Nightingale Institute of Australia providing direct representation to the people of Australia and the Pacific region through tailored events for groups, corporations, small business and government.

Steve found his earliest inspiration in Earl Nightingale's daily radio broadcasts in 1970 in Australia. He was married, 20 years old, in the Australian Army and had just returned from the Vietnam war. He had no idea what he was going to do with his life once he took his military discharge nor how to begin, but his experience up until that time had taught him that life was too precious to waste a single moment.

Earl Nightingale also had an early military background, being one of only 12 survivors from the sinking of the Battleship Arizona during the attack on Peal Harbour. His daily motivational broadcasts encouraged Steve to go out into the world with confidence and explore without fear of failure starting him on a voyage of discovery. He decided to apply his leadership, creativity and innovation skills in the commercial world and has enjoyed the excitement and challenges of his journey while at the same time learning from his mistakes and disappointments.

He has conducted business in the UK, US, the Middle-East, Indonesia, Singapore, India and New Zealand in Real Estate, Hospitality, Private Equity Investment and Investment Banking. He has acted as commercial adviser and negotiator for senior government ministers and tribal chiefs in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. He has originated and transacted more than $150.0 million in commercial real estate, originated and facilitated more than $3.0 billion in mergers and acquisitions, led 15 successful business turnarounds and continues the drive for organizational change through optimized productivity.

Steve gained his MBA in 1997 and more recently certification as a Master Project Director. He believes that continually challenging mediocrity; holding fast to personal values such as honesty, truth, empathy and sharing; having a vision and maintaining the passion; enjoying people and a sense of humor are all critical to achieving worthwhile and satisfying goals.

Recognizing the devastating impact that the global financial crisis is having on families and individuals, Steve recently returned to the source of his own inspiration. Diana Nightingale, sharing the same deep concerns agreed to co-found The Nightingale Institute of Australia to promote Earl's work to the people of Australia, New Zealand and the island nations of the Pacific as a source of inspiration, direction and hope
