Yes, Earl's work really does have that impact on people. In fact Diana Nightingale has combined Lead The Field content with a great deal more in "The Nightingale Library"...A superb collection. Re doing the program in the US, the Institute is co-founded with Diana who lives in Arizona and since we launched on June 14 have established a large following in Australia, the US and 70 other countries.
